Is there a free consultation? +
No. Our Consultation Call is $75. We charge for it because your time and ours is valuable, and a paid consultation produces a written action plan, a full call recording, and a clear next step - not just a sales call. Many people find the consultation alone saves them significant time and anxiety regardless of whether they purchase additional services.
What if I need a rush turnaround? +
Rush turnaround (48 hours from receipt of complete intake information) is available as an add-on. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed. If your deadline is within 48 hours, contact us immediately before booking - rush add-on fees apply and must be paid at booking.
What is your refund policy? +
If you cancel before drafting begins: full refund minus $50 administrative fee. Once drafting has begun: pro-rated refund based on work completed. Completed packages where all documents have been delivered are non-refundable. Consultation calls that have already taken place are non-refundable. Full details in our Terms of Service.
Do you guarantee a specific outcome in court? +
No. We guarantee professionally prepared, court-ready documents. We do not guarantee any court outcome. Family court decisions depend on evidence, testimony, the judge, and factors entirely outside our control. An unfavorable ruling is not grounds for a refund or claim against us.
Can I add services after I've started? +
Yes. You can upgrade or add services at any time. If you start with Phase 1 and decide to add Phase 2, you pay the Phase 2 price (not the bundle discount). To get bundle pricing, all phases must be purchased together upfront.
