Business day means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Turnaround is measured from when your completed intake form is received - not from payment. For appeal viability and emergency services, turnaround is measured in calendar hours - meaning the clock runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including nights and weekends. Example: a 48-hour turnaround starting 9pm Friday delivers by 9pm Sunday.
These windows are delivery commitments, not court deadlines. They have no relationship to any filing deadline in your case. You are solely responsible for all court deadlines. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed - contact us before booking if your deadline is within 5 business days.
Your correction window begins when your documents are delivered to your portal.
| Service | Correction window |
|---|---|
| Hearing Prep, Single Document, Emergency Stay | 3 days after delivery |
| Standard Package, Complex Package, Monthly Retainer | 5 days after delivery |
| All Trial Prep services, All Appeals services | 7 days after delivery |
One round of corrections is included for each service. A correction round is your opportunity to consolidate all requested changes and submit them at once. Requests submitted after the window closes are billed as new services at $75 per round. Corrections are for factual errors or omissions - not new documents, scope changes, or strategy changes you later decide on.
You are solely responsible for calculating and meeting every deadline in your case. Family Court Navigator LLC is not responsible for any court deadline, whether or not you informed us of it. If your hearing is approaching and documents are not yet delivered, contact us immediately at hello@wafamilycourtnavigator.com with URGENT in the subject line.
Consultation calls are conducted by video (Zoom). Calls are recorded only with your explicit verbal consent. Nothing said on a consultation call constitutes legal advice, legal strategy, or legal representation.
Family court decisions are made by judges based on evidence, testimony, applicable law, and judicial discretion. None of these are within our control. Document preparation does not guarantee any outcome. An unfavorable ruling is not grounds for a refund or any claim against Family Court Navigator LLC.

Processed within 5 business days. Chargebacks filed before contacting us are a breach of this agreement and will be disputed with full documentation.
